Welcome to my first Blog!
Exactly my first thought for this brief was of the Kooks song - Seaside. I dont know if thats going to play any part in my animation but I thought I would share it. My second thought was..."Ah! steep learning curve!".
Looking at the module guide I am excited by the amount of structure and planning that seems to involved in this module, as of late my work has been lacking in said areas. Right now my brain is working overtime trying to bring up every memory and association I have linked to the seaside. Most of these are drizzly days sitting in the car as a child..I'm thinking there will be some heavy atmospherics included in my animation.

I can see that you have grasped
3Ds with ease and can quickly use what you have just learnt to
personalise to what could be practical for you.
Yes, I think you probably have an innate ability. Loved the comment about rainy days at the seaside in the car - been there! But the best thing when I was a child was going swimming in the pouring rain. The water would be so warm when the weather is rough, and fun if there was a swell. We would dry off in the car, with a thermos of coffee!
love the granny smith touch, cant beat a bit of the old ladys apples
